Matthew Guerra has been involved in real estate since 2012 analyzing multifamily investment properties and helping clients in re-positioning multifamily assets for wealth generation and maximizing retirement income for their investors and partners. Matthew began with GIG, earning rookie of the year award and quickly becoming recognized as a top producing agent. Matthew has transacted over $50 million in sales of apartment units throughout Southern California. By founding Principle Quality Investments, Matthew continues to work on sourcing coveted off-market value add properties, while allowing his partners to benefit by participating in the investment through the vehicle of commercial real estate syndication. Matthew also enjoys spending time with his son and family, training jiu-jitsu, and traveling on long-distance motorcycle trips.
